If a resident has gone beyond the grace period of the lease we provide them with a late rent notice, where we collect the appropriate late fees along with the normal rent amount. Worse case, if we have a resident that does stop paying rent, we will assist in the eviction process and re-renting the property quickly.

We make paying rent easy for residents with the online resident portal that can be accessed 24/7. We encourage residents to pay online, which means we can pay you out faster.

If we place a resident and they break their lease during the first 12 months - we will release the property with no leasing fee charge.

You don’t pay us a leasing fee until we have a signed lease AND money paid from the resident.

If you are not getting paid, we are not getting paid! We believe that if we can’t collect the rent - then we should NOT get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due.

We will completely handle the transition from another management company to Zanno PM with no stress to you!

RESIDENT PLACEMENT GUARANTEE

If Zanno PM places a resident and they leave within 6 months, we will find a replacement resident at no additional cost.

ANIMAL DAMAGE PROTECTION GUARANTEE

If you choose to allow animals in your home, Zanno PM will guarantee that any damages caused to the home, above fair wear and tear, up to $1,000 or $3,000 depending on the package!
