3 We Pay You

We pay 25% of one month's rent for management contracts & 10% for lease only services.

We Pay You a Referral Fee

If your client signs a property management contract, we'll pay you 25% of the first month's rent as a referral fee. We also pay 10% for tenant placement only contracts.
