A Message from our Founder
Zanno PM was formed in 2018 after a decade of personally turning around distressed assets into profitable homes in our Rhode Island communities. I witnessed first-hand the positive impact thoughtful construction and effective property management can have on our neighbors and knew this is where I would like to sharpen my focus.
Effective property management aligns with my personal why of improving lives and communities through Real Estate. I am now able to realize a greater community impact by scaling my proven processes to not only help investors & property owners find security but also provide safe, clean housing for the residents in our communities.
My personal why naturally lead to the Zanno PM business why of maximizing positive community impact and returns for our clients. What this means is that we help our clients grow number of doors in their portfolio by providing underwriting assistance and consultation, give back to our community and residents by providing timely, quality service, and lastly donating a portion all our profits to the Zanno Foundation which assists elderly and/or disabled homeowners in Rhode Island ensure their home is safe, warm, and habitable.
